At Yentle we believe that the power to be your best self resides within you. We work with individuals, groups and small business leadership teams to unlock every ounce of potential we can and then we hold the space as they navigate their lives and their businesses through life's adventures. It is an awesome job! 

One day, during a time when our Founder, Catharine was consumed with finding a name for our business, she heard about a friend's cat who is called Yentle and that was like a lightning bolt moment for her - we were officially named! Later, Catharine looked it up in the urban dictionary and found that a yentle was "a very down to earth, genuine human who will always be there for you in times of need."  We think that is pretty apt.

We think the way we named the business is also reflective of how we do things, often with individuals and teams in small business. We try things, borrow here, give there, and magically it all comes together in the end. We believe in warts and all honesty, healthy irreverence, a good dose of nurture and an unwavering commitment to the causes of our clients. We will create a space for you to identify your goals, playfully and firmly hold you accountable while providing encouragement every step of the way as you create the live you envisage for yourself.

Our coaches have the technical and academic skills to provide quality services and individually we have loved working with people for decades. We believe in living life to the fullest. Some days we feel like we have seen it all and had an impact on a fair bit of it - individuals, groups, leadership teams: their challenges and opportunities, their successes and failures. Other days we feel like we know just about nothing as one unanswerable question after another washes over us. So we go back to the drawing board, employ our love for learning, fuel it by our passion to support our clients, and show up as better versions of ourselves the next time.
