  • work details such as your employer, role, work history, strengths, challenges and 360o assessment information
  • your health and lifestyle information including previous and current health and medical history, medications or current treatments, social history, family history and risk factors;

  • details of the services you have enquired about or purchased from us, together with any additional information needed to respond to your enquiries and deliver those services;
  • information you provide to us through voluntary customer surveys;
  • your browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour;
  • information regarding your access and use of our website and other online services, including through the use of Internet cookies;
  • additional personal information that you provide to us, directly or indirectly, through your use of our website, applications, social media platforms and/or online accounts from which you permit us to collect information; and

Whilst we strive to collect your personal information directly from you, there may be some circumstances in which we may receive information about you from third parties. Depending on the nature of the reason you are interacting with us, some instances in which we may receive information about you from third parties include: from your manager, colleagues, guardian or responsible person (if under 18); and from other involved healthcare providers, such as your GP, specialists, allied health professionals, hospitals, and community health services. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware that information was provided to us by the third party.

If you do not provide us with personal information when requested to do so, we may not be able to provide our services to you, or otherwise achieve the purpose for which the information has been sought.

  • to provide you with our services, including to provide personal and team leadership assessments and development plans, coaching roadmaps, mentorship and training outlines and / or treatment plans and recommendations;

  • for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our website, applications and social media platforms;
  • to evaluate, modify and enhance our services, including through peer supervision;
  • to develop new products and services;
  • to enable you to access and use our website and social media platforms;
  • for advertising and marketing, including to send you promotional information about our services.  You may opt out of marketing communications from us at any time;
  • to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have;
  • to consider your employment application;
  • to purchase products and services from you; and
  • to otherwise operate and administer our business.

We may use cookies on our website from time to time. Cookies are text files placed in your computer's browser to store your preferences.   Disclosure of information outside the jurisdiction of collection

We use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of your personal information while in our possession or control. However, please note that some of our service providers may be located overseas and may not be subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We are committed to ensuring the safety and security of your personal information. We store your personal information in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse interference, loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. For example, we encrypt client files and limit access to personal information to individuals with a need to know.

If you communicate with us via electronic means such as contact forms, text, email, Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, our website, or social media platforms, we do not have full control over the transmission or storage of any personal information disclosed. By participating in such forms of communication you understand and accept that there is an inherent risk of disclosure or loss of your personal information for which we cannot be held responsible.
